  • Integrated approach to non-autoclaved aerated concrete structure formation quality control actions substantiation

    Increasingly the non-autoclaved aerated concrete quality is created at of mortar mix expansion and the stage of plastic strength set. Consequently, the structure formation process can be deliberately controlled. The control actions choice is a complex scientific and technical challenge. It is solved in different ways in modern practice. The authors propose an integrated approach for selection of control actions in this article. In the first stage it is proposed to use expert methods, for example, the method of a priori ranking factors. It is rational to apply experimental study in the second stage. The article presents the choice of the control parameters vector in controlling the non-autoclaved aerated concrete structure formation as an example.

  • Methods of dependability improvement of contact network centrifuged supports

    In this article, problems of safety of the exploited structures of the contact network are examined. The types of contact network supports used in the construction of these structures are considered. The features of the centrifuged concrete structure formation, the reasons for the heterogeneity of the structure along the thickness of the annular section and the appearance of cracks are analyzed. There is a physical model, the use of which will allow to modify the structure along the thickness of the annular section due to directed structure formation in the process of concrete with a combined aggregate and fibrous components centrifugal compaction.

  • Analysis of factors affecting the wear resistance of asphalt concrete

    In the article the results of the analysis of the main factors affecting the wear mechanism of asphalt concrete pavements are given attention to the properties of the stone material and the binder. The questions of the influence of dust formed as a result of deterioration of coatings on the environment are considered.

  • Teploognezashchitnye composition cement mortar on the basis of the distended vermiculite and the pumice

    Are represented the results of studies on the development of teploognezashchitnykh composition cement solution mixtures on the distended vermiculite and the pumice with the application of a multifunctional additive D -5. Are proposed the compositions of teploognezashchitnykh composition mortars, which make it possible to substantially improve the physicomechanical properties of solution mixtures and solution. The introduction of multifunctional additive D -5 to solution mixtures makes it possible to improve the properties of composition solution mixtures and to improve the characteristics of solution. The replacement of the fine dispersed fraction of the distended vermiculite d0,63 mm does not produce by pumice by the volume in the solution mixtures a noticeable increase in solution density, in this case their strength characteristics grow. The developed composition solution mixtures correspond to requirements ALL-UNION STATE STAN. 28013–98 and have low prime cost due to the use of the pumice

  • Causes peel off the outer layer of face brick

    Results of researches of a ceramic brick are presented. Durability of a brick makes: at compression – more than 10 N/mm2, at a bend – more than 3 N/mm2, water absorption of 10,3%. According to the obtained data the brick conforms to requirements of standards of the Russian Federation. The hypothesis of peeling of a front layer of a brick because of low frost resistance is offered. By results of a X-ray phase research minerals have been identified: quartz, white mica, hydrowhite mica, illit, calcite; existence in a ceramic brick of minerals sillimante and mullite as a result of the phase analysis isn't revealed. Results of the phase analysis are confirmed by data of the thermal analysis. The received results allow to approve about insufficient for formation of minerals sillimante and mullite to temperature of roasting of a ceramic brick. It has exerted impact on decrease in its durability in the conditions of sign-variable temperatures (low frost resistance).

    The article presents the description of the creation of modern multitube designs of industrial pipes using the self-supporting thermoplastic polymer pipe Furanflex.The variant of the device of separate gas-exhaust trunk at reconstruction of boiler rooms and CHP by the heat-generating companies is offered.   • Sorption humidity of light polymer-silicate concrete for exterior walls of buildings with wet-gas media

    In many industries, production processes are connected with acidic wet-gas environments. These environments adversely affect building structures. The author suggests a light polymer-silicate schungisite concrete as a corrosion-resistant material of external walls. The use of this material will increase the service life of the walls of enterprises in a number of industries, where building structures are exposed to corrosive environments. Acid-resistant schungite and schungisite components were used in the material. The article presents the results of studies of the sorption humidity of a light polymer-silicate schungisite concrete. Sorption humidity was studied as a property that actively influences the energy efficiency and durability of external walls. It was concluded that the most favorable conditions for the work of the material from the point of view of its sorption-wetting are created at a relative humidity of air not exceeding 80%. The internal environment with relative humidity of air close to 90% can cause a sharp moistening of the material with sorption moisture.

  • The effect of the physical state of chemical additives at the time of introduction into a gas-concrete mixture on the kinetics of gas evolution and the gas diffusion coefficient

    "n this article, the influence of the physical state of chemical additives at the moment of their introduction into a gas-concrete mixture on the kinetics of gas evolution and the gas diffusion coefficient is considered. To test the working hypothesis, two compounds were designed and manufactured. As a part of С№1 chemical additives were entered in the form of a colloidal solution. A comparative analysis of the results of physical and mechanical tests of the aerated concrete samples of the tested compositions showed that the introduction of chemical additives in the form of a colloidal solution lowers the average density in the dry state due to a more intensive course of the gas evolution reaction without significantly reducing the compressive strength. At the same time, the average density increases in the composition of CN2.

  • Investigation of the intensity of gas release and reactivity of aluminum powder PAP-1 with the simultaneous introduction of a gas generator with a partially hydrated aerated concrete mixture into a cellular concrete composition

    This article considers the effect of the introduction of a partially hydrated aerated concrete mixture on the intensity of gas evolution, the reactivity of a disperse gas generator, and the physical and mechanical properties of aerated concrete. To test the working hypothesis, two compounds were designed and manufactured. The pure dispersed gas generator was introduced into composition C№1, and a mixture of a gas generator with a partially hydrated gas-concrete mixture was introduced into the composition C№2. A comparative analysis of the results of physical and mechanical tests of the aerated concrete samples of the tested compositions showed that its introduction increases the compressive strength, while reducing the density of aerated concrete. At the same time in the composition of С№1 there is a higher density and a drop in strength

  • Structurally insulating foam modified fiberfill

    The article considers the topicality of the development of cement foam concrete meeting modern requirements for energy saving and energy efficiency. The interrelation of physical and mechanical properties of cement foam concrete with the features of its structure formation at macro- and microlevel is considered. The main components for the manufacture of structural and heat-insulating cement foam concrete are described. The results of experiments on the determination of the dependence of the parameters of the structure of a foam concrete mixture, which form the physical and mechanical properties of finished products, are presented. A mechanism has been established for the active participation of particles of fibrous cellulose filler in the organization of the structure of a foam concrete mix and samples based on it. The optimal concentration of fibrous cellulose filler in the raw meal mix was confirmed.

  • Ceramic brick from clay raw material Sukho-Chaltyrskoe field

    The results of the laboratory studies to determine the suitability of clay raw materials Sukho-Chaltyrskoe field for production of ceramic brick by the method of plastic molding.   • Investigation of the corrosion resistance of stabilized sandy loam soils in corrosive environments

    Investigations were conducted to assess the corrosion resistance of stabilized sandy loam soil with ground granulated slags in organic media: mineral oil, gasoline and diesel fuel. A model is proposed for an accelerated study of the corrosion resistance of concretes and other building materials under the conditions of the dynamic effect of the medium under investigation on the test material. The obtained results of X-ray phase analysis of samples and electron microscopic studies suggest that as a result of hydration of minerals of ground slag and ground, low-base CSH (B) hydrosilicates are formed, the sizes of new formations and inclusions on ETF slag are less than on CMP slag.
