  • Synthesis of energy-efficient electric train traffic control algorithms in the conditions of overcoming the heterogeneities profile of the track

    In the paper we consider the energy efficiency of electric trains in overcoming the curved portion of the profile path. In this paper, were synthesized motion control algorithms that will help conserve energy resources by means of changes in traffic patterns electric depending on the profile path. The simulation electrorolling stock motion by offer the model showed a reduction in energy consumption compared to the nominal operation.

  • On about the features of UAV control systems with flapping wing

    In the article a number of approaches to a flapping wing pilotless vehicle control system synthesis are analyzed. Referred type of pilotless vehicles is possessed of a number of advantages compared to the traditional schemes, but requires a special approach to control system creation because of strong nonlinearity and multicoupling of a controlling object mathematical model. As a result of a control system synthesis approaches analysis a synergetic approach was marked out as the most adequate for the mentioned above type of controlling objects. An idea of prognostics application for the goal of reaching of adaptive control is also set forth. In this case parameters of an object of control and parameters of ambient both are to be forecasted whereby an adaptive behavior of an object of control is expected to be achieved.

  • The mathematical description of fuel admission control algorithm for diesel generator power station with alternating frequency rotation of shaft.

    The problem of the engineering of servo-driver of control of the fuel pump of autonomous diesel generator characterized by alternating frequency rotation of shaft, which can be applied to power supply of remote areas and autonomous objects, is urgent in science because of the lack of studying. The urgency of the engineering of such servo-driver is defined by means of the fact, that their application as a part of autonomous diesel generator allows to receive essential economy of fuel and to prolong motor potential of electric power station.The engineering of the flow sheets of diesel generator based on a synchro generator and characterized by alternating frequency rotation of shaft. The engineering of the flow sheet and algorithm of operation for intellectual servo-driver of control of the fuel pump of autonomous electric power station characterized by the lowered fuel consumption.   • The paper considers the comparison of power consumption of Two’s Complement System and Residue Number System for digital signal processing applications. The comparison of these two implementations allows to conclude that, for these applications, the RNS uses less power than the TCS counterpart. The aim of the present paper is to highlight the reasons of this power consumption reduction.

    The problem of stress concentration near step junction of sections in constructional elements and machine elements has been solved in this article by means of one singular integral equation. The formula for determination of stress concentration factor depending on fillet radius has been submitted.

  • The intense strained state analysis of the "Kirovets" KPP-16(20) portal crane trunk at a heavy duty of work as a finite element method

    The intense strained state analysis results of the ""Kirovets"" KPP-16(20) portal crane trunk solid-state model are given in this work by a finite element method. Model operation of certainly element model in the program environment the Compass 3D v.14 is executed and results of its calculation in the form of the card of tension and the time-temperature chart for two cases of a loading are presented.

  • Gasdynamic approach to an assessment of losses on a thermolysis in the simple gas pipeline

    In article gasdynamic approach for the solution of a task on heat distribution in simple gas pipelines on the basis of consideration of a current of gas in a laminar mode is considered. The objective is solved by means of research of system of the equations of work of extending gas taking into account an assessment of difference of temperatures at explosive decomposition of a working product. Classical approaches to research of distribution of heat in a simple cylindrical pipe are thus taken as a basis the main dependences characterizing both full, and the current work of a working product by means of correction coefficients and a ratio of temperatures of heating of walls Are presented. Connection between pressure is established at different weight ratios of gas. The specified approach can be used as a technique of model research of gasdynamic processes taking into account a thermolysis in gas pipelines.

  • Adjusting characteristics of the planetary generator of the moment

    In article dependences of resistance are investigated on drove the planetary mechanism from the operating moment on the central wheel. The hypothesis about active and jet components of mechanical resistance is offered in compliance with a method of electromechanical analogies. Results of pilot studies of the adjusting characteristic of the generator of the moment confirming theoretical provisions are presented.

  • A simplified definition of the discrepancies between the minimum resources and collections of samples for critical parts of machines

    In article the method of calculation gamma  percentage fatigue resource of an arrow shovel excavator for population of final volume, by means analytical method of definition parameters of Weibull distribution is offered. 
    The made computing experiment has shown that the developed method allows to receive gamma percentage value of a fatigue resource of an arrow shovel excavator by means of transition from the sample data to the population data.

  • The improved resource definition set by sampling the boom shovel

  • A comparison of the aggregate shift of finite volume and minimum sample value, depending on the model parameters for excavator parts

    A comparison shift the aggregate final volume and minimum sample value, depending on model parameters for parts excavator. The studies revealed the following pattern: in the range of the Range R = 17-20 sets of the coefficients are significantly different from the values ​​of other Ranges.

    In this paper the mathematical model of automatic positional hydrodrive of actuators machines with hydraulic control circuit of high efficiency original design. The model is formed with a view of the developed structure of the hydraulic drive and control system comprises three subsystems: a mechanical, hydraulic and control. Using the software package Matlab 2012 investigated position loop is characteristic of the rotary mechanism for the technological equipment according to the criteria of speed and accuracy.

  • About margin of safety and an assessment of reliability of knots of a metalwork

    The stochastic model of an assessment of mechanical characteristics of strength on the basis of the analysis of function of reliability is offered. Communication of function of reliability with normative factor of safety factor is correlated. Recommendations to destination mechanical characteristics of strength on Gauss to a level and factors of a variation are given. Analytical and graphic dependence for optimum purpose of parameters of reliability of units of hardware on the lead strength researches is offered.

  • Extracting an informative harmonic in the process of rotor balancing

    Development of the analysis methodic of each information collection point complex oscillation for the field balancing is exhibited. All types of the rotor drives are observed, for each of them the consequence and conditions of the test runs are determined. Algorithm for extracting the informative harmonic (that is defined only by the unbalance of the rotor) has been made.

  • Theoretical study of the mechanism of mixed (semifluid) lubrication in contact "solid lubricant enveloped rod-wheel-rail"

    A theoretical study of the mechanism of mixed (semifluid) the interaction of the solid lubricant lubricants shell rods with contact "wheel-rail." Methods for determination of the average standard resource shell lubricating grease solid rods and medium wear hard shell shell lubricants rods in various combinations shells at different ranges of temperatures. A fundamentally new way of tribology hard shell lubricants rods "shell holder - movie." Determined on the basis of laboratory tests the new composition of lubricating rods having good lubricity and increased resource consumption less lubrication at elevated temperatures of contact compared to a typical sample of lubricating rods.

  • About Forming of Loading Mechanisms for Mechatronic Systems with Closed-Loop Kinematic Contour

        The structural model of functional mechanisms with stressed closed-loop contour which is used in the mechatronic systems is offered in this article. The problems of loading mechanisms forming are analyzed here. The work of self-regulating loading device is considered on the example of cutting mechanisms.
