  • Boundary layers on the walls, exposed on the opposite side to the heating by convection and radiation at the same time

    Numerical solution of the problem of heat transfer in the boundary layers of transparent gas wall, exposed on the opposite side of radiant-convective heating. The energy dissipation due to viscosity is negligible, the wall is thermally thin, and the physical properties of the medium do not depend on temperature. The aim of this work - finding the local heat transfer coefficients (Nusselt number) needed for the analysis of heat exchangers. When solving the problem of nonlinear transfer functions linearizing method is used, based on which numerical scheme for computer calculations was constructed. The intensity of the local heat transfer in the boundary layer is determined by the number Kx = Nux / Nux0, where the value Nusselt numbers refer to the conditions under consideration of the problem of heat exchange (Nux) and constant surface temperature (Nux0). From a physical point of view, non-dimensional parameter Kx is a measure of the intensity of heat transfer in the boundary layer on a nonisothermal surface compared to heat transfer when the wall temperature everywhere the same. The analysis of this research showed that in radiative-convective heating number Kx on the front edge of the plate takes the largest value of Kx ≈ 1,37 corresponding to a constant heat flux on the wall. It is also shown that the relative temperature of the incoming flow has a significant impact on the value of Kx. The effect of this setting is especially evident in the processes when dominated by the effect of radiation and related to the nonlinearity of the transfer processes. The analysis revealed the influence of basic parameters of heat transfer on the development of transport processes in the boundary layer by heating radiation and convection simultaneously.

  • Monitoring the thermal efficiency of a regenerative air heater rvp-54

    The article discusses the methodology of assessing the technical condition of the regenerative air heater RVP-54 on power boilers Naberezhnye Chelny CHP on the basis of the results of the monitoring of the thermal efficiency. In article the algorithm of monitoring and evaluation of the thermal efficiency of regenerative air heater, allows in real time to compare actual performance with previous values and to eliminate the revealed violations.

  • Research of hydrodynamics of flow of the gas-suspension of conversion lime carbonate in a tube-dryer

    The article presents the results of research of hydrodynamics of flow of the gas-suspension of conversion lime carbonate in a tube-dryer. For the first time equations for determining the speed and concentration of lime carbonate along the length of the tube-dryer at different air velocities and feed concentrations are received. The research results can be used to design pipes-dryers for large-tonnage productions of conversion of calcium carbonate. Experiments of research of hydrodynamics of the gas-suspension of conversion lime carbonate were carried out on the tube-dryer with an internal diameter to 0.069 m, length 4.8 m. Along the axis of the pipe on the rod vertically mounted discs, the first disc below the auger to 0.6 m, the second – above the auger to 0.7 m and further 1 m, total 5 disks.

    In this study, the task of optimization of the hybrid system of immersion cooling processor supercomputer with resistance spot cooling and dry zones. by numerical simulation and experimental study of heat transfer processes in the test object. The article presents the results of numerical simulation and experimental study of heat transfer in a heat exchanger submerged cooling system processors. We investigated the numerical model of heat transfer process in the processor-heat exchanger system. As a result, obtained according to the thermal resistance of the system processor and the heat exchanger of the heat transfer coefficient and the number of turbulent flow Reynolds.

  • Investigation of the heat transfer in the refrigeration system with a heat pump supercomputers

  • Energy-saving drying complex area of milk production on the basis of the heat pump system

    The article describes the conditions of use of heat pumps in the Russian industry. It proposed to introduce for the food industry, in particular for milk production, teplonanosnaya installation. Heat pump system allows to cover the heat load on the heating, ventilation and hot water supply of a specific milk production due to utilization of energy in the form of relief condensate produced in industrial drying processes. It is shown that the proposed plant will allow useful secondary steam and condensate will reduce fuel costs, simplify circuit heat consumption, reduce the cost of production of thermal energy, reduce operating costs for maintenance of heating systems, heat loss and reduce emissions into the environment.

    This paper proposes a method of determining harmfulness of pollutants resulting from the operation of boiler equipment, discusses how the use of heat energy waste resulting from the operation of thermal plants boilers, as heating of the coolant. And is determined by the energy potential of waste heat, calculate the concentration of pollutants in the atmosphere and provide a method of determining the calculated fuel consumption volume of flue gases, amount of contaminants emitted into the atmosphere during operation of boiler enterprises.

  • The method of reducing the thermal resistance of immersion cooling system of supercomputer

    Low heat transfer coefficient per unit area is main disadvantage of immersion cooling system. In the theoretical part of the study the main issue was to evaluate the influence of various factors on the convective heat transfer between the solid-liquid interface. The result of this part of study was conclusion that the type of fluid flow in the area of heat transfer is key factor of increase heat convective heat transfer of thermal contact. The Reynolds number is main characteristic of turbulence of fluid flow. Therefore in the experimental part describes study of the effect of the degree of turbulence of the fluid flow at the place of the thermal contact on thermal resistance of immersion cooling system. The design of experimental setup and its main parts is describe further. The result of the experiment is graphic of experimental curve of the thermal resistance of immersion cooling system from the Reynolds number of fluid flow of thermal contact between the solid-liquid interface. The study showed the possibility of local reduction of the thermal resistance of immersion cooling systems to maintain the quality of the thermal management of computing elements that emit significant heat. The results of the study is define the ranges of values of the Reynolds number of cooling system that allows the technical realization at the current dimensions of packages and sizes of microchips sockets.

  • Model of mobile system diagnostics and regulation of multiphase environments flow regimes

    The model of mobile system of diagnostics and automatic regulation of multiphase environments flow regimes is considered. The analysis of existing methods for determining the thermal parameters of a mixture of several gases and liquids in the presence of particulate matter in the stream showed the relevance of the small size mobile systems, in which the measurement is made with modern sensors for pressure, temperature, gas content. Control signals state multiphase flow formed in the controller based on the values of the complexes Kutateladze - Sorokin, Baker. Specific designer elements of diagnostics and regulation system development of multiphase environments flow regimes is offered.   • The heat losses of steam lines in the deterioration of insulation properties in process of using.

    This article is devoted to the issues related to energy saving in extraction of petroleum with high viscosity and bitumen. The author identifies the shortcomings of existing methods of thermal insulation of steam lines. The article contains the calculation of the specific heat loss of steam pipelines with polyurethane insulation. The calculation is considering an influence of the thermal destruction on the coefficient of transcalency of insulation.
