    The paper proposes to perform quality control of the production work on the consolidation of soil foundation with the use of the method. Application of geo-radiolocation sensing allows to specify and complement the results of engineering and geological surveys, as well as capture the changes taking place in the grounds of foundations after work on fixing them. This will provide a comprehensive picture of the grouting in the underlying foundation of the building and provide a reliable and simple quality control work.

    The article presents the results of the analysis of the known methods of measuring the quality control of construction products. 
    Advantages of extending the scope of remote methods of the control by measurement including photogrammetry are listed. 
    Expediency of colour-texture analysis of surfaces at the quality control of construction products is substantiated.

  • Information systems of planning in construction

    The construction organizations for successful implementation of the project need to carry out the whole complex of actions which structure includes planning, the organization and management of construction processes. It is especially important to be able to plan in modern conditions when degree of uncertainty of the future is very high. In this regard, in construction branch there was a need for program complexes on planning and management of projects. They are required for a choice of an optimum way of implementation of the project with the most effective use of resources.
    For development of such program complex authors took house reconstruction in Rostov-on-Don. Introduction of information system of planning can cardinally increase efficiency of implementation of the project.     The problem of formation of assortment of wood plants for the South-West of Rostov region. Proposed main and additional assortment of wood plants, including 159 species.   • Features of the feasibility study on organizational and technological design of reconstruction

    In recent years reconstruction of buildings and constructions became one of the main directions in the field of construction. Considering that at reconstruction capital investments it is significantly less, and payback is higher, than at new construction, the share of capital investments in reconstruction will increase.
    It is necessary to apply intensive methods of repair and reconstruction of buildings and constructions as one-time costs of reconstruction and repair there are less than one-time costs of new construction in construction production. Considering a significant amount of the factors significantly influencing the organization of construction at reconstruction of buildings and constructions, previously before development of organizational and technological documentation it is necessary to prepare the list of the data necessary for the organization of construction works and to make their analysis which concerns the analysis of projects and the territory of a building site, including situational plans.

  • Quality management system creation in construction in the conditions of self-regulation

    Questions of improvement of the organizational mechanism of interaction of participants of construction are considered. In the conditions of weakening of state regulation, self-regulation with its collective joint liability of members of SRO has to become one of the main regulators of activity in the monitoring system of quality of construction. Ensuring integration of local systems of quality management of participants of construction has to be carried out on the basis of the regulations including requirements to system of document flow, to procedures of transfer, acceptance and modification of the design and estimate documentation, structure of executive documentation, an order of survey of the hidden works, requirements to information interfaces between local IT.

  • Increase of power efficiency of protecting designs - a way of increase of efficiency of operation of buildings and constructions

    The role of technical inspection as source of definition of an actual state of protecting designs is considered. Not destroying methods of definition of durability and thermal properties of materials of external walls are resulted. The thermographic method of not destroying control is considered, the list of thermal characteristics which can be defined with its use is presented. Modern requirements to thermal characteristics of external walls are presented and the materials most often meeting in protecting designs are considered. It is considered as a possible variant of increase of thermal properties of protecting designs - the device of hinged ventilated facades. The scheme of carrying out of a damage control, a substantiation of economic efficiency of the device of hinged ventilated facades and other technical advantages concerning other ways of warming of facades is presented.

  • On matters concerning improvement of energy performance of multi-storey housing blocks

    At the present stage, energy-efficient construction is one of the important issues included in the legislation in most countries. One of the promising ways of lowering thermal energy demand for heating is to reduce heat losses with air exchange in buildings, which accounts for over 60% of heat loss.
    Civilizational development of the society is only possible with the decrease in specific energy consumption and economical use of heat. The article discusses the main methods to improve energy performance of buildings under construction and operation. It also addressed issues of investment in energy efficiency projects. The article substantiates the effectiveness of the combined extract and input ventilation with heat recovery of vented emissions in Rostov- on-Don.

    The article describes the methods of forming the program of technical and economic feasibility of reconstruction. The program is based on the technical and economic calculations which justify the need for its development. It is important to take into account the technical and economic indices which provide a minimal amount of construction works. During the development of technical and economic parameters, it is necessary to take into account the organization of construction, the terms of energy saving, heating, water supply, drainage and industrial waste water, human resources, the environment, the effectiveness of capital investments.   • Priority problem green building in Rostov-on-Don

    To create in Rostov-on-Don, ecologically effective, technologically advanced and durable green plantings to solve the problem: 1. Create a variety of trees for landscaping cities and towns; 2. Determine the principles of green plantings, ensuring their maximum environmental efficiency. In the steppe zone of Russia should use the structure of the park, with a high proportion of dense plantings (400 trees per hectare) of long-lived trees of the first magnitude.

  • Formation of a geographical information database of residential and business housing stock of Rostov-on-Don

    Development of urban areas, especially Rostov-on-Don, which is one the largest city of the south of Russia, should be based on a comprehensive assessment and analysis of the structure of housing stock and engineering services, which provide all types of resources for the city. Research of the structure of housing stock, analysis of residential and private housings, municipal and business buildings, information on the territorial distribution of these objects with reference to the topography would allow to create a reliable information base for the development of district heating schemes. Housing stock of Rostov-on-Don was ranked by the year of construction, number of floors and material of the wall. The article assesses the providing of municipal and business buildings, kindergartens, schools, institutions consumer services, culture and sport institutions.

  • GIS support of the program on energy efficiency in municipal housing stock on the example of the city of Rostov-on-Don

    The article is devoted to solving the problem of energy saving in housing stock and communal services of the municipality by creating a model of housing stock with the help of modern geographic information systems. 
    Spatial model of energy efficiency, presented in this paper, built in the software environment of ArcGIS. This model allows to monitor and comprehensive evaluation of energy consumption in the building stock of Rostov-on-Don, as well as to solve the problems associated with increasing the energy efficiency of residential buildings.

    The article presents the author's method of evaluation competitiveness of construction technologies. The main factors that have influence on the choice of the most competitive construction technology are indicated. The paper contains suggestions on forming the aggregation of local criteria intended for complex estimation of efficiency of any construction technologies.
