This paper describes the method of calculating the optimum amount of a dispatcher for ambulance stations . As a criterion of optimality selected the lack of a queue on the telephone line when referring to the dispatcher. Original data in the calculation are the average daily flow of orders and average time of ordering dispatcher. The authors developed by the computer program, which allows to calculate the optimal amount of air traffic controllers on the ambulance station . The works are executed in the order - to creative collaboration with Shakhtinskaya hospital emergency medical care of the VI Lenin.

Results of researches of electrochemical machining of Alnico and Х25К15 magnetic alloys are presented. Problems of conventional machining processes (cutting, milling, drilling and grinding) use a sharp cutting tool are noted. The expediency of use NaNO3 of electrolytes at high-speed anodic dissolution of magnetic work piece surfaces has been demonstrated. Agency of chemical and phase composition of magnetic alloys on a landform of a surface after the ECM in нитратных water electrolytes is installed. The gained results of experimental researches allow to control parameters of a technological process with given accuracy and speed of electrochemical machining of parts.

Abstract: Operation of motor transport and special equipment is carried out in difficult conditions, the impact of environmental conditions (temperature, humidity, dust, wind, solar radiation) and changes in modes of operation of the machine. This affects the performance of equipment, the number and complexity of repairs. Away from fixed bases (in the field), the problem is particularly acute repairs. One of the most energy-intensive and expensive works are welding (welding parts with a break, welding cracks, fusing metal layer on the worn surface, metal cutting). In this work the welding equipment affect the voltage drops in the supply mains, therefore, produces a large number of failures such equipment. After the equipment is accompanied by an increased amount of electric power consumption, this results in material costs. Previously proposed equipment has improved mass, which reduces the efficiency of the welding. Based on this study was proposed innovative design welding inverter using the resonance effect, with enhanced reliability, low-cost design version (in terms of mass production). In order to improve the reliability and reduce the cost of the proposed design of inverter proposed a number of new approaches. Full-bridge inverter is studied welding power source with the implementation of the resonance effect with a stable and smooth operation, high reliability, because the circuit of the inverter is not sensitive to changes in the supply voltage.

based on an analysis of the methods and schemes snow removal from roads and sidewalks it revealed that there is a snow plow, which would be cleaned in a single pass only the side of the road in the middle of the road cleared. At the same time to solve this problem are also two cars. In accordance with this work set a goal: increasing productivity snowplows. To explore this issue were based on the analysis of working bodies of snow plows developed and investigated a new type of dump actuator for snow removal from roads. It was determined that there is an additional resource to increase machine productivity. This is achieved by improving the design of the working body. This will not increase the resistance of the machine, because proposed symmetrical design with rotating blade and sliding half, which will reduce the resistance and to ensure stability.

This article presents the results of studies of the reliability of the wheel bearing of the car VAZ-2190. The paper is concerned with development of calculation procedure of residual forming of type parts "bush" by electric resistance surfacing with a wire (ERSWW) using the finite element method (FEM) based on the theory of non-isothermal plastic flow. The adequacy of the design model is confirmed by the experimental data. The developed calculation procedure of residual forming allows to predict the possible axial and radial movement of type parts "bush" by ERSWW of outer surfaces in a single layer, that allows to make a decision on the feasibility and appropriateness of technology ERSWW during restoring of type parts "bush".

the paper considers the comparison of natural modes for the first and second transverse oscillation modes obtained by numerical simulation and finite element package of analytical calculation of the core model with an elastic element based on the application of the Euler-Bernoulli hypothesis. The paper discussed the mechanism of formation of polycrystalline hexagonal barium ferrite. The influence of alloying elements on the location of Fe3 hexagonal block R, on the border of hexagonal and spinel blocks (RS). It is shown that the presence of weakly diamagnetic ions or dopants in these positions provides specific properties of hexagonal ferrites and their practical use.

In article the comparative analysis of various versions of circuitry solutions of realization of devices of registration of ionic current, is made, theoretical justification of almost known advantages and shortcomings of the considered devices. In article are given the experimental data obtained at registration of a signal of ionic current by various devices. In the article proposed indicator of the effectiveness of the implementation of an automated search of the optimal route of transportation of the wood. The technique of determination of local atomic structure in the vicinity of absorbing atom in the case of the presence of strong correlation between fitting parameters is proposed. This technique is applied to three test signals simulating the Pt L3-edge EXAFS spectra of Pt/Ag bimetallic nanoparticles. The test results demonstrates the improvements in precision of determined parameters comparing with common technique.

Currently, there is a certain quantity of different game level generators. However, most of solutions in this segment have typical disadvantages, such as lack of versatility, specialization on specific game level types, game logic or incompatible output data. Some of these solutions require additional software or special hardware, when some of them are encapsulated in a gaming application without any possibility of interaction with user. These problems could be solved by developing partly-automated universal game level generator that supports certain level of human control. Proposed approach involves partial automation of the process of creating game levels. Designed generator is implemented as a dynamic link library that contains all necessary tools for generating game level. The library is the main part of the software package. This library implements several different methods of generating game levels that include functions for generating basic path, creating static geometric objects and placing interactive game objects. This software package also has specific tool for game level designer that allows declaring and designing pluralities of basic level elements which are used by the generator.
