  • Energy characteristics of the propagation of sound waves in an inhomogeneous sea waveguide

An analytical representation of the velocity potential of a point source of sound is constructed for a model of a marine acoustic waveguide with a rigid stepped bottom, where a sound velocity profile varies with depth. Inhomogeneity of the bottom in the form of a cylindrical protrusion is modeled on the basis of the method of partial regions. The sound field is represented in the form of the sum of normal modes to construct the sound velocity potential in each partial region. The continuity of solutions at the boundary of partial regions leads to an infinite system of linear equations with respect to the coefficients under normal modes. In this work, formulas are obtained that describe the energy characteristics of the propagation of each of the normal modes along the waveguide. Examples of numerical modeling are given. An analysis of the excitation coefficients of normal modes is carried out for waveguide parameters are true to type of the Black Sea region.

  • Modeling of software implementation of labor distribution management

The paper considers a game-theoretic model for supporting the distribution of labor resources, i.e. To simulate the problem considered in the work, the mathematical apparatus of game theory was used. In this paper, two algorithms for constructing a solution are described and examined in detail for two models of transport tasks used to study the distribution of labor resources: static and dynamic. The authors describe the developed models, and then consider the structure of the solution to the problem. The paper considers a compromise solution in the models of the distribution of labor resources for the transportation problem. An algorithm for finding a compromise set and a description of the structure of the software implementation of models is given. The description of the models is formalized in the field of application to game theory, i.e., a game version of the problem is considered. Interpreting the problem, we consider a system consisting of players. Players in the constructed model strive, in addition to maximizing profits, to achieve a compromise between the participants. The role of compromise will be played by a plan of movement of labor resources, satisfying all participants. As a result, we obtain the transportation problem in a slightly modified formulation. These differences specify a new task and set a goal to solve it.

  • Typology model of language policy

The relevance of this study is associated with the fact that issues of effective language policy and language planning are an integral part of national policy for any multicultural community. In the framework of this work, the authors attempted to present a multidimensional model of the typology of language policy, with the emphasis on political foundations that determine the goals of language policy and planning. The idea of maintaining the official status of the language and its optional coincidence with the real status seems to us relevant for understanding the essence of language policy. The authors believe that the main object of language policy, regardless of how ideological slogans sound, is not so much the language itself as the groups of its actual and potential speakers. Language planning decisions determine the nature of power relations between different ethnic groups within the same multicultural community. Although today there is no universal ideally structured model of language policy, the practical value of the multidimensional model of language policy proposed by the authors is that it allows you to take into account which political goals, whose interests and values underlie the planning and implementation of the principles of language planning.

  • Features of using BIM technology in the calculation of reinforced concrete structures

The article discusses the results of the calculation of monolithic non-slab floors. The authors used software that supports BIM design technology. Models were created in Rewit Sapphire and Lyra-SAPR. The article describes the method of creating computer models. The computational experiment plan and the main parameters of the calculated prototypes are given. A total of four series of samples was calculated. The series differ in the way they create a computer model. In each series, all methods of triangulation that are available for this software package are implemented. To ensure the comparability of results, the step of triangulation in each of the series was taken to be the same: 0.17, 024, 0.4, 0.46, 0.55, 0.67 and 0.86 m. The authors made a comparative analysis of the quality of computer models after they were imported into the PC Lira-SAPR. It has been established that errors are observed when importing schemes from different software systems. Characteristics of the material, the stiffness of the elements and the load are not always transmitted correctly. This circumstance forces to do additional work. • Analytical problem solution of synthesis of a nonlinear stabilization system based on a mathematical CGA model

Mathematical models with analytical properties are needed to create modern stabilization systems for various objects and technical systems. This is due to the fact that most of the existing methods for the synthesis of automatic systems are based on mathematical transformations of models of control objects. However, for complex objects and systems, these models are obtained experimentally. Moreover, the experimental data are approximated by various well-known methods. If the dependences are essentially nonlinear in nature, they are approximated by sections. Such a fragmented model as a whole is not analytical, which excludes the use of many well-known methods for the synthesis of nonlinear stabilization systems. In these cases, it is advisable to use the new Cut-Glue approximation method developed at DSTU, which allows one to obtain an analytical model of an object from piecewise approximations. This analytical model allows you to apply the analytical method for the design of quasilinear control systems for nonlinear objects. In this paper the propoused approach is illustrated by example of the design of a nonlinear system for stabilizing the flight altitude of an airship.
