Incoming article date: 31.05.2017The article deals with the complexity of construction in the conditions of the extreme north on permafrost soils. The types of technical solutions for temperature stabilization, analysis of the possibility of using systems to maintain the temperature regime of the base, comparison with traditional methods of construction on permafrost soils, provided a feasibility study for the use of thermal stabilization and their advantages.
